Salumi is the Italian word to descibe a variety of cured and air dried meats.Most are made from pork, but some can be beef, lamb or other meats. Salumi is the equivelant word as charcuterie in french but lesser known with many thinking we have made a "typo". Annie's is particularly passionate about these products and has been constantly sourcing the best of the best and we believe we have achieved this.
Our ham is known amongst the locals as "real ham" and that's exactly what it is.
